SOUTH DENNIS — Giving goaltender Madison Scavotto a much-needed night off, Falmouth High girls’ hockey head coach Erin Hunt did not hesitate when she opted to put Margaret Palmer between the pipes.
Palmer, a senior captain, shined brilliantly in goal and gave the Clipper girls just what they needed: a 6-0 shutout over the host Dennis-Yarmouth Dolphins at the Tony Kent Arena.

Falmouth sophomore forward Ericka Meissner notched an assist last night in the Clippers’ 6-0 blanking of D-Y.
