CHATHAM – A reported accidental discharge of a firearm resulted in one person being taken to Cape Cod Hospital with a hand injury. The incident happened sometime after 9 PM Saturday at a Main Street location near Mill Pond Road.
Update: Chatham Police tell CWN the individual was cleaning his firearm when it accidentally discharged causing injury to the victim’s pinkie finger. No charges are expected in the incident.
