I’m Glad I Started My Diet Early!

KarenBlakeWell…all I can say is that I am so glad I started my diet at the end of July because summer will be here before you know it and I am down 56 pounds! Thanks to Ideal Protein.

Since being on this program I have not only changed my eating habits, (obviously by my weight loss) but I have also changed my way of thinking.

I am not only aware of my calorie intake but also of my carb intake which is equally as important. I know I really shouldn’t go over 40 grams of carbs a day…which may sound like a lot…but you can rack up 40 grams of carbs quickly! Darn it! Haha.

I am hoping to lose another 35 pounds when it’s all said and done. I feel better and I think I look better. I hear people say “when you get older it’s harder to lose weight”  there may be some truth to that but I have to say on this diet I haven’t felt that way at all! If you follow the program you WILL lose weight. Trust me!
