Everything you need to know about Chapin’s  & Ryan Family Amusements’ new Ten Pin Eatery

Cape Cod’s long running family fun favorite, Ryan Family Amusements, recently announced plans for a multi-level entertainment complex in the Cape Cod Mall. Ten Pin Eatery will be a joint venture with Chapin’s Restaurant providing extensive entertainment choices with first class food and a full bar. Ryan Family Amusements’ President Rob Nichols says it’s “perfect for the entire family, the ideal social scene for a date night, birthday party, corporate event or a night out with family and friends.” Here’s everything you need to know about your new go to spot for nights out and family gatherings.

What is Ten Pin Eatery? What do you mean by entertainment complex?

It’s hard to describe. It’s like nothing else on Cape Cod! Ten Pin Eatery will be able to cater to all age levels and groups. Everything you love about Ryan Family Amusements will still be there: ten pin bowling and state of the art arcade games. Now you’ll also have the opportunity to stop by the full service bar with multiple large screen TVs to watch sports or sit down for dinner at Chapin’s Restaurant.

You will never be a loss for things to do at Ten Pin Eatery which will feature:

11 lanes of ‘Ten Pin’ bowling

Two-story, 24 player laser tag

50 state of the art arcade games

Cutting-edge lighting and sound system

Private three-lane bowling area (ideal for corporate events, birthday parties, etc.)

Chapin’s Restaurant will be getting in on the action.

Chapin’s has been a popular spot in Dennis for years. Turns out the folks at Ryan Family Amusements were fans too! “We wanted to bring in a quality restaurant operator to complement our amusement experience. Our management team at Ryan’s have been customers at Chapin’s for a number of years and knew the ownership group. We discussed combining our efforts to bring a total entertainment offering to the cape and found that we had similar ideas. We are both employee owned companies that have a team of experienced people and similar culture and values,” said General Manager Michael Crowley.

There’s state of the art laser tag.

Ten Pin Eatery will be the only indoor laser tag location on the Cape and it’s going to be bigger and better than anything you’ve seen before. “Our Laser Tag will have a two story element and a themed experience. It will accommodate up to 24 players and be ideal for parties or group events. It will also have interactive elements that make the game exciting for individual play,” explained Crowley. If you’ve never played laser tag before you will want to play again and again. It’s great for any age or experience level.

Can you have private events there?

Of course! Chapin’s and Ryan’s have long been a go to places for birthday parties, retirement parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. In fact, last winter two avid bowlers even tied the knot at a Ryan Family Amusement location! Ten Pin Eatery looks to continue that tradition with ample space for parties and even has a private bowling space available to rent. The private bowling lanes will be perfect for business or family groups to have their events. The space will offer your personal choice of video and music along with bowling. Chapin’s will deliver Cape Cod favorites and many fresh and exciting food choices to make your event a success.

When can I go?

Okay after hearing about this amazing entertainment complex, you can’t wait to load up your players card and head over, right? You’ll have to wait while it’s being constructed but not as long as you think. The multi-million dollar joint venture aims to open in Spring 2018 just in time to celebrate Ryan Family Amusements 60th anniversary. Mark your calendars and make plans to experience this state of the art entertainment complex unlike anything else on Cape Cod!
