Coast Guard Boating Class Offered in Eastham

ORLEANS – The U.S. coast Guard auxiliary is offering recreational boating safety classes once again this year The Nauset Flotilla will hold “About Boating Safely” on October 6^th from 10 to 4 at the Eastham Public Library.

The course is taught by Coast Guard Certified instructors and is billed as fast paced but in depth. Topics include state and federal boating laws, required and recommended equipment, navigation, paddleboard safety and handling emergencies.
