COTUIT – A car struck a utility pole in Cotuit around 7:15 PM Sunday. The crash happened in front of 851 Old Post Road. The impact broke the pole and left the vehicle across the road. The driver was reportedly located a short distance away and was taken to Cape Cod Hospital for evaluation. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
