
WEST BARNSTABLE – Several people were injured, two seriously in a crash in West Barnstable around 1:30 PM Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened at the intersection of Oak Street and Service Road. A Toyotal Corolla and a Honda Accord collided. Firefighters had to remove a door from the Accord to free a victim. The most seriously injured victim was taken to South Shore Hospital trauma center in Weymouth. The second victim was taken to Cape Cod Hospital. Two others were treated and released. Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills fire assisted with two ambulances at the scene. None of the injuries were believed to be life-threatening. Barnstable Police are investigating the crash.
