BOURNE – The community is invited to honor two U.S. Marine veterans, who have no surviving family, at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
The Cape and Islands Veteran Outreach Center said the public is encouraged to attend so neither veteran is laid to rest alone.
Richard Cubetus, a Bronze Star recipient who served in Vietnam, will be buried Thursday at 10:45 a.m.
David Czech, a Vietnam Era Marine and longtime Cape resident, will be interred next Friday at 1:30 p.m.
