FALMOUTH – Falmouth police arrested an 18-year-old man they say was responsible for breaking into a vehicle on Jamie Lane Thursday night.
Derek Seychew of East Falmouth was charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at night and larceny over $250.
Witnesses reported to police around 9:20 p.m. that there was a young man attempting to enter vehicles on the road.
While checking a wooded area nearby, Falmouth Police Officer Thomas Maguire said he located Seychew lying face down in the brush with a tool bag that a victim said was stolen.
