HARWICH – The Harwich Select Board has voted to bring on James McGrail as the next town administrator, pending negotiations.
McGrail is the current town manager in Middleborough, and one of three finalists for the Harwich position.
McGrail is a graduate of Barnstable High School, and also served as the director of facilities for Sandwich Public Schools from 2018 to 2019.
