FALMOUTH – The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ruled in favor of Falmouth residents in the legal case involving the town and its installation of wind turbines.
The court denied the town’s application to overturn a ruling earlier, requiring that they need to secure zoning approval for two existing wind turbines at the Blacksmith Shop Road Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Town officials say they’ll review the details of the decision and will discuss it at a Board of Selectmen meeting in the near future.
