Yarmouth Police To Increase Presence at Swan Pond Village

YARMOUTH – Yarmouth police officials met with the property managers for Swan Pond Village this week to discuss how to reduce crime at the 150-unit housing complex.

The property has seen ongoing drug activity recently.

Yarmouth Police Deputy Chief Steven Xiarhos said, the meeting was productive.

Police say they are going to increase both their uniformed and non-uniformed presence at the complex.

Police say their focus will be on crime prevention.
