FALMOUTH – Nearly the entire roster collected at least a basket last night as the 18-0 Falmouth Clippers chalked up another win over the Sandwich girls’ basketball team, 58-31.

Clipper senior guard Kyra Martino led all scorers on the night with 12 points, while senior co-captain Alexa Johnson dumped in 10 for good measure.
Sandwich Lady Knights’ Caroline Wilson led the visitors with 10 points and a pair of teammates each had six points – Kay Stanton and Hailey Whelan.
The Atlantic Coast League champion Clippers staked themselves a 15-6 lead in the first quarter then tacked on 21 more points in the second frame to make it 36-18 at the half.
Falmouth will host Coyle Cassidy Friday night at 6:30 before heading to Brookline Monday (Feb. 16) in a pair of non-league games slated to wrap up the regular season.
Sandwich (4-12) still has Nauset, Dennis-Yarmouth and Marshfield to contend with before its regular season comes to an end.
