BOURNE – Traffic heading off Cape over the Sagamore Bridge was tied up for a short time around 10 a.m. this morning after a two-car accident on Route 3 at the base of the bridge.
State police say that one person was transported to the hospital with injuries that are considered not life threatening, according to a state police spokesman.
State Police shut down one lane to traffic for about 10 minutes while investigating the accident and clearing the scene.
