FALMOUTH – Due to gusty winds today for the Cape and Islands, the Steamship Authority is waiving change and cancellation fees for its ferry services.

They said that the Hyannis-Nantucket route and the Woods Hole-Martha’s Vineyard route may see cancellations throughout the day, with service at the Oak Bluffs terminal also likely to be affected.

Trips can be rescheduled online, over the phone or at one of their terminals.
