COTUIT – A car and truck collided in Cotuit shortly before noon Friday. The crash happened on.Falmouth Road (Route 28) near Santuit-Newtown Road. The car driver had to be extricated. Route 28 was closed between Santuit-Newtown Road and Route 130. An ambulance from Mashprr also responded to the scene. The extent of injuries was not immediately clear. Barnstable Police are investigating the crash.
