BARNSTABLE – A woman was seriously injured after reportedly being attacked by two dogs in Barnstable. The incident happened just after 11:30 a.m. on Deacon Court. Rescuers called for a MedFlight to respond to the Barnstable/West Barnstable Elementary School. The victim was flown to Rhode Island hospital in Providence. Barnstable Police and the town’s Animal Control division are investigating the incident. Barnstable Police officer Brian Morrison identified the victim as Ramona Bouvier, 61, of Barnstable, Morrison says she was with her son playing with the American Bulldog and another dog when the attack occurred.
