SANDWICH – The owner of Captain Scott’s seafood restaurant plans to rebuild after a fire destroyed the establishment on Sunday.
Forty-four firefighters responded to the four-alarm fire, with strong winds spreading the flames quickly through the roof of the building.
The building has been declared a total loss—an estimated $1 million dollars in damages.
No injuries were reported, though one firefighter was examined on scene for exhaustion.
