HYANNIS – Nighttime road work is planned this week at the airport rotary in Hyannis.
State transportation crews and the contractor will be milling and paving the rotary from now until Sunday. Construction hours are from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Officials say the work will be done one lane at a time and are advising drivers and especially motorcycles to use caution, as the road surface will be rough during the construction process.
One lane will remain open during construction hours, but town officials are asking motorists to seek alternate routes, if possible.
