HYANNIS – As many as 6 people were pulled from the water after three sailboats capsized in Lewis Bay near the Hyannis Yacht Club on Ocean Street sometime after 4 PM. The victims were reportedly part of a sailing class when weather conditions suddenly deteriorated. They were all pulled from the water and brought to shore. Paramedics evaluated them for possible hypothermia. Further details were not immediately available.
