HARWICH – Shortly before 12:30 PM Tuesday afternoon, Harwich Fire-Rescue was dispatched to 42 Lakeview Road for a report of “flames coming from the oven”. Luckily the flames were confined to the oven with no extension to the room or other contents. After the fire was out, firefighters removed the oven from the premises and ventilated the structure. No injuries were reported to occupants or fire personnel and all units were returned to service in about half an hour.
