FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that A 57-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for drunk driving after his pickup crashed into a traffic light and a home on Jones Road at Gifford Street late Thursday evening. David James Marathas reportedly told police he believed he was “either in Carver or Wareham”. There were no injuries and the female tenant stayed at a friend’s house for the night. Marathas was due to be arraigned in Falmouth District Court on Friday on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, operating negligently to endanger and marked lanes violation.
