FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that on Sunday evening a probation officer notified Falmouth Police that a 60-year-old East Falmouth man on probation had violated his curfew. A Warrant of Apprehension for the probation violation was issued along with the subject’s location which was obtained from his GPS bracelet. The suspect, identified in the Falmouth Police log as Mark D. Rosenfield was quickly located at a local restaurant and placed in custody.
