Weekly police department arrests/reports 10/29/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 26th at 2:46 a.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Mark Phillip Zylla, 32, of Ardsley, NY who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Improper operation of a motor vehicle
No registration in possession

On October 27th at 1:38 a.m. Sgt. Tyler Dow arrested
Mark Phillip Zylla, 32, of Ardsley, NY who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Operating after license suspended for OUI

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On October 25th at 8:01 p.m. Ofc. Matthew Cascio arrested
Dylan C. Prince, 42, of Eastham who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 21st at 5:30 a.m.
Sean P. Leahy, 31, of East Falmouth was charged with
Breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony

On October 23rd at 9:03 p.m.
Thomas Emmet Kelliher IV, 22, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
