CapeFLYER Announces Extra Holiday Service

HYANNIS – The CapeFLYER has announced extra service over the Fourth of July weekend.

The Friday evening train leaves South Station at 5:50 p.m., with stops in Braintree, Brockton, Middleborough, Wareham, Buzzards Bay and arrives in Hyannis at 8:15 p.m.

Saturday through Tuesday July 4th, the CapeFLYER departs South Station at 8 a.m. with the return from Hyannis at 6:40 p.m.

“The Fourth of July is always one of the best times to visit the Cape and Islands,” said CCRTA Administrator Tom Cahir. “It really feels like the beginning of summer.”

The CapeFLYER also operates a café car that sells food and drinks, including beer and wine.
