NANTUCKET – A lottery is being held this fall for affordable rental homes on Nantucket.
The Richmond Meadows II Rental Apartment Development is a 225 unit rental apartment community located on 20 Davkim Lane.
The lottery is for the first increment of 24 affordable apartment units that are pet friendly and will be made available through the application process and rented to households with annual incomes at or below 80 percent of the Area Median Income.
All apartment units will include a combination of hardwood floors and tile floors and will have forced hot air/central air conditioning.
Kitchens will be appointed with wood cabinetry and laminate countertops.
All apartment units will be equipped with electric stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
A public information session will be held on August 26 at 6pm in the community room at 4 Fairgrounds Road.
Completed applications and required income documentation must be submitted by 2pm on September 18.
The lottery will be held on October 11 at 6pm at 4 Fairgrounds Road.
