VINEYARD HAVEN – The Massachusetts School Building Authority announced this week that it will help Tisbury Elementary School with planning and funding assistance towards future renovations.

The school was voted into the authority’s 270-day eligibility period to determine the town’s financial and community readiness to enter the authority’s capital pipeline.

The next step is for Tisbury to get local approval and to form a school building committee.

Once eligibility period requirements are met, the town will become eligible to be invited into the feasibility study phase of the capital pipeline.
