Woman, 1 Year Old, Hospitalized After Sandwich Crash

SANDWICH – A woman and a child were both taken to South Shore Hospital yesterday after a 2 car crash in Forestdale.

Sandwich police and fire responded to the scene on Route 130 shortly before 5 in the afternoon, where a truck and a sedan had crashed.

Molly Donahue, 23, and a 1 year old had to be extricated from the car.

The driver of the pickup, Patricia Founier, 66, was taken to Falmouth hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
