HYANNIS – A small plane landed safely at Barnstable Municipal Airport Wednesday after declaring an in flight emergency shortly after 5 p.m. The pilot of the Cessna 402C reported a possible problem with the landing gear. He was the only one on board the plane. Hyannis firefighters responded to standby while the plane landed. Further details were not immediately available.
