Aaron Bezahler
TISBURY – Based on a Martha’s Vineyard Drug Task Force (MVDTF) investigation of a fatal suspected drug overdose that occurred in Tisbury in April of this year, an arrest warrant was applied for and granted by the Edgartown District court for the arrest of Aaron Bezahler, 22, of Tisbury for the following charges: Conspiracy to violate drug laws and Possession with intent to distribute a class A substance (Heroin).
On Tuesday, Bezahler was located in Oak Bluffs by MVDTF officers and placed under arrest. He will be arraigned Wednesday in Edgartown District court.
The investigation remains open at this time.
