TRURO – A man who reportedly suffered a severe laceration to his wrist in Truro was taken to Barnstable Municipal Airport and MedFlighted to an off-Cape trauma center. The incident happened late Wednesday morning. Truro Police tell CWN the man was working at a Shore Road (Route 6A) location when he apparently fell off a ladder and through a window causing the injury.
