NANTUCKET – A small plane apparently had its landing gear collapse while landing at Nantucket Airport around 7:30 AM. No injury was reported but there was debris on the runway. State Police tweeted that it was a private plane and not a commercial flight. Further details were not immediately available. Ironically a disaster drill was scheduled at the airport this morning at 9 AM.
