SANDWICH – A teenager was seriously injured after reportedly being bitten by a dog in Sandwich. Rescuers responded to a Ploughed Neck Road residence about 9:45 PM Thursday evening. The victim reportedly suffered a severe injury to their ear and was rushed to South Shore Hospital trauma center in Weymouth. Sandwich Police and Sandwich Animal Control are investigating the incident.
