HYANNIS – From Cape & Islands District Attorney’s office: Tuesday at approximately 1:00 PM, police responded to a report of a body located in the woods, near the train tracks, behind Robies Heating and Cooling. The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Charles Pearl. The matter remains under investigation by Barnstable Police and State Police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, however there is nothing at this time to suggest the cause of death was anything other than accidental.
