New Martha’s Vineyard Airport Director Officially Hired

 

MARTHA’S VINEYARD  – The Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission has hired a new Airport Director,  according to the Vineyard Gazette.

Cindi Martin comes to the Vineyard under a 3 year contract which will pay her $165,000 a year plus a $2,000 housing allowance.

Prior to her position on the Vineyard Martin served as head of Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispel, Montana, she left that job in 2013 and has been working as a contractor with the American Association of Airport Executives.

Martin spent some transition time earlier this month working with former MVY director Ann Richart who left the position on May 5th to take a job in Nebraska.

Martin is expected to formally begin her new duties on the Vineyard June 10.
