COTUIT – The Cotuit Center for the Arts will present Sara Sneed in an evening of song in the Art Gallery on Sunday.
Accompanied by Chris Morris on piano, Sneed will sing arias from the operas “Lucia Di Lammermoor”, “Adriana Lecouvreur”, and “II Barbiere di Siviglia” along with a few French surprises.
The night will conclude with Sneed performing some of her signature musical theater pieces.
She has appeared on the Cotuit stage in numerous productions, including “Man of La Mancha” as Aldonza, “Mary Poppins” as the titular character, “A Few Good Men” as Joanne Galloway, and “Of Mice and Men” as Curly’s wife.
The Broadway-World Boston Awarded Sneed Best Actress last year for her role in “A Few Good Men”.
She has also appeared in numerous other musical theater productions in her home state of Kansas and across the Cape.
The event is set to take place Sunday, July 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cotuit Center for the Arts, located at 4404 Route 28 in Cotuit.
Tickets are $25 for general admission, $20 for theater members.
