ORLEANS – Cape Cod 5 was named one of the 2019 Best Banks to Work For by American Banker.
This is the second consecutive year the bank has won the award in recognition of their investment in employee fulfillment, career development and personal growth.

The Best Banks to Work For program identifies, recognizes and honor U.S. banks with exceptional employee satisfaction.
Banks are evaluated for workplace policies, demographics, and practices. An employee survey was also conducted to evaluate individualized feedback on workplace attitudes and satisfaction levels.
