PROVINCETOWN– Thick black smoke filled the sky over downtown Provincetown early Sunday afternoon. Several vehicles reportedly caught fire near the former Old Reliable Fishhouse. No injuries were reported. Fire crews were able to keep the flames from spreading to any structures. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The fire was in the shadow of Whaler’s Wharf and the Crown & Anchor which were destroyed in the great fire of 1998.
