SOUTH YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police report that on Wednesday at 4:51 p.m., Proactive Anti-Crime Unit (PACU) officers stopped a black 2011 VW Jetta on Route 28 in South Yarmouth by the CVS Pharmacy and discovered heroin, Klonopin and hypodermic needles in the possession of the passenger.
The passenger, Kelly Marion O’Brien, 28, of South Yarmouth was placed under arrest on charges of possession of a Class A substance and possession of a Class C substance and was processed at Yarmouth Police Headquarters. O’Brien was scheduled for arraignment in the Barnstable District Court Thursday.
