BARNSTABLE – At about 12:20 PM Wednesday afternoon, there was a 2 vehicle accident on Route 132 at Shootflying Hill Road in Barnstable Village. A Toyota Tacoma pickup and a Volkswagen Tiguan sedan collided. One driver was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The other driver declined medical treatment. Traffic heading into Hyannis was backed up on Route 132 all the way to Route 6. Barnstable Police are investigating the crash.
