FALMOUTH – The Falmouth Police Department would like to announce that it will be conducting Minimum Age Purchase Law Compliance Checks as well as Administrative Compliance Checks of businesses licensed to sell alcohol in the Town of Falmouth. This activity could consist of using an underage operative to purchase alcohol, monitoring businesses for underage activity and making sure businesses have permits and ABCC literature properly posted. This activity will occur throughout the remainder of 2018. Any inquiries regarding the operation should be directed to Lieutenant Douglas Decosta or Sergeant Michael Simoneau at the Falmouth Police Station, 774-255-4527.
