Two Arrested for Illegal Possession of a Gun, Drugs & Ammunition

FALMOUTHFrom Falmouth Police: Friday evening Officers responded to Shorewood Dr. for a report of a suspicious person. They located a questionable van with an expired Colorado registration and determined that the operator was unlicensed. During a pre-tow inventory one of the officers located drugs and ammunition. Accordingly, the van was towed to the police station and a search warrant was obtained. A search of the van was then conducted and a Glock 9 mm pistol was located and seized. Along with the pistol, officers also seized handgun magazines, hypodermic needles, fireworks, ammunition, and a small amount of drugs. The seizure resulted in the arrest of both the operator and the passenger, who was also the owner of the van.

Jayson Slovick, 25, of East Falmouth who was charged with
Possession of a firearm without a FID card
Possession of ammunition without a FID card
Improper storage of a firearm
Unlawful possession of fireworks
Possession of a Class E substance
and
Morgan Spencer Anders, 34, of Watertowm, MA who was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Unregistered vehicle
Possession of ammunition without a FID card
