YARMOUTH PORT – From Yarmouth Police: Due to neighborhood concerns and the popularity of Bass Hole and the Boardwalk area, the Yarmouth Police Department have increased police presence and speed enforcement on Center Street in Yarmouthport.
Because of the beautiful and popular Gray’s Beach and Boardwalk, there is a high volume of traffic especially on beach days and at sunset.
In addition, there are people walking or riding bicycles in the roadway to and from the beach.
Be extra alert and strictly obey the posted speed limits.
