My 1 year anniversary with Cape Cod Broadcasting was February 4th…
and as I sit here thinking about the past year…I think of my struggle trying to recover from losing my beloved husband and adoring mother within 7 months of each other. It has been heart wrenching to say the least. Sometimes I wonder how I get up in the morning…then I think about how very thankful I am to have had them in my life and how I experienced 2 great unconditional loves.
As I also review the past year in my mind I thank God for the wonderful friends I’ve met at Cape Cod Broadcasting. There are so many people that make up this great radio group that work both on and off the air. I would love to name them but I am afraid I would leave someone out. These are hard working people that are always there to pitch in when necessary…sincere people that I can call my friends.
The owners and managers of Cape Cod Broadcasting have been very compassionate and have always been there to support me. I don’t think I could express to them in words what that has meant to me.
Professionally, whenever I have asked for something that I believe would make my job easier and better they have always come through!
So…here’s to my first year at Cape Cod Broadcasting…thank you to our owners, managers, support staff and wonderful listeners for making me feel welcome!
