BOSTON – Activists who want the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant in Plymouth shut down will rally Tuesday afternoon at the Statehouse.
It’s the culmination of a 4 day, 50 mile march that began in Plymouth on Saturday.
Elaine Dickinson with the activist group Cape Downwinders said they’ve been on a mission.
“Bringing the message across and educating people from across the bridge to the dangers that they also are in,” she said.
The rally on Tuesday will include several guest speakers including former Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis and Cape and Islands State Senator Dan Wolf.
