BARNSTABLE – A 45-year-old man allegedly responsible for the head-on crash in November that killed Lawrence Barros on the Mid-Cape Highway, pled not guilty today in Barnstable District Court.
Michael Dalto pled not guilty before Judge Joan Lynch at his arraignment on charges of motor vehicle homicide and negligent driving.
He was also charged with three civil infractions that include unsafe driving, speeding and a marked lanes violation.
He’s scheduled to appear again in Barnstable District Court for a pre-trial hearing on March 3.
