NOAA to Host Meeting in Bourne Concerning Right Whale Survival

BOURNE–The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will be hosting a meeting at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School in Bourne. The meeting is in regards to the survival of the North Atlantic Right Whale.

Federal regulators from NOAA will be taking input from the public as they consider how to reduce the risk of these whales dying after being entangled in fishing gear.

The meeting will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
