Onset Man Charged with Robbing TD Bank in Wareham

WAREHAM – An Onset man was arrested for robbing a bank in Wareham this afternoon.

Casey Peluso, 31, allegedly demanded cash from the tellers at the TD Bank located at 237 Main Street around 12:30.

Police say Peluso matched the description of the robber at 361 Main Street about 15 minutes later.

The amount of money taken from the bank was not disclosed.

He was arraigned Thursday afternoon in Wareham District Court on unarmed robbery charges.
