Orleans Offers Grace Period For Taxes Due May 1st Due To COVID-19

ORLEANS – The Orleans Tax Collectors office wants to remind Orleans property owners that the Real Estate and Personal Property Tax bills that were mailed in January include the upcoming 4th quarter installment bill, which was originally due for payment on or before May 1st.

However, with guidance enacted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Town of Orleans is offering a grace period on due dates for taxpayers impacted by the ramifications of the COVID-19 virus.
