FALMOUTH – A Jeep Liberty reportedly rolled on its side after colliding with a utility pole in Falmouth. The crash happened about 3:30 PM on Thomas B. Landers Road at Turner Road.
The driver whom police say was texting and driving was treated and released at the scene.
Falmouth Police, who are investigating the crash, were asking motorists to avoid the area.
Eversource’s outage map was showing 49 customers without power in Falmouth though it was not immediately clear if the outage was related to the crash.
